EVE Energy's subsidiary in Malaysia has signed an agreement to buy lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode active material from Chinese LFP producer Jiangsu Lopal to guarantee feedstock supply. EVE started building the first phase of the Malaysian plant in August 2023, with an investment of $422.3mn.
