The government of the Marshall Islands has implemented extensive solar energy projects to electrify homes, workplaces and other facilities. These projects have assisted the Marshall Islands in becoming a formidable power in the effort to utilize small islands’ abundant solar energy resources.
[pdf] DTEK Group, together with the U.S. company Fluence, a global leader in energy storage, commissioned 200 MW of capacity with a total storage volume of 400 MWh. The new facilities, located in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, can supply electricity to 600,000 Ukrainian households for two hours.
